About Shivam
I've pursued B.tech (civil engineering) from GGSIPU. I am a positive person who has an enthusiastic outlook on life. I love my job and I get a great sense of achievement from seeing my students develop and grow as individuals. If I can have a positive impact on their future, I feel I am doing my job well.
I like to use as many methods and trials as possible to demonstrate my learning points so that students' all such doubts get cleared which arose in my mind when I was their age.
In my years of experience I've always learnt that teaching is an art and an artist gets his legitimacy established when he delivers artistic masterpieces! Looking forward to make more masterpieces..

There's so much hype about Maths and Physics being very difficult subjects but I feel no subject is difficult if the right methodology has been applied.
I try to imagine and recall my times when I was being taught any particular topic and the doubts which arose in my mind during those time and then teach my students accordingly.
Before just getting started with any topic I explain to my students about its significance and practical applications which make the students really connect and relate to that topic which, in turn, results in excellent performance.
Also, I emphasize on concept building and having a clear picture of any topic or subject in the mind of the student rather than just focusing on making him/her patter.
I try to observe my students' gestures, body language and if there's something wrong or he/she has a doubt but is hesitating to speak I comfort them to raise their query and then solve their problems.
Apart from all this, I also emphasize my students to develop good communication skills (both in English and hindi), writing skills, motivation to do something big, values and culture.
