I love to see my students make mistakes. Mistakes are human, and all humans make mistakes. It is grounded in our core to make mistakes, and to learn from those mistakes. You are not your mistakes. I love learning about the uniqueness of humans and how we correspond. I hope that’s how TEFL, ESL or TESOL work. We are not our mistakes. We are unique.
