About Thryaksha
I am a queer-affirmative and trauma-informed therapist with a master's degree in clinical psychology. I've loved many things in my life- poetry, prose, art- but none of them have come close to how much I love psychology. I am absolutely in love with how the brain works, and I want to share this love with others curious about this field. I've also always been an academic, spending a lot of time studying and learning about different concepts. I have done extensive research and conducted multiple seminars and workshops.

As a therapist who loves to teach, I can incorporate a perfect mixture of real-life example-based teaching with structured and informed theory. I think there is only so much a monologue can bring, and it is important that we sit with questions coming up, learning through conversations. I also aim to impart an understanding of how different processes work, rather than accepting statements we read as facts. I am open to teaching anyone looking to learn psychology.
