About Nicolas
I own several business as an Expat in Asia for years before covid, then I was a restaurant owner in Paris in the heart of the famouse Montmartre area and I am now living in Colombia where I reopen a new business and do this mental coaching activity as well.
On the sporty side I'm a competitor, I beat national champion in my sport, Petanque. I as well won a competition of bowling in Thailand after just a year of practice, the 2nd place was a champion of Thailand. I also practice Muay thai that I learn in Bangkok with Kawsai galaxy, the biggest legend of muay thai.
I have all the experience needed to help you with your mental strenght so let's go !!!

After I learn the methode I'll teach you I beat some national champions in my discipline and "my classmates" are olympics/world champion as well as businessman.
Where others methodes only give you keys to fight your emotionals blockages, depolarization treat the problem at the root, the sessions took a lot of energy as we will fight against our brain, you will need some time to relax after the sessions.
We are human BEING and as such we will focus on who you ARE and your perception of what you feel like positive and negative to make you realize things are just how they are, and unlock your limiting toughts
