About Timothy
Timothy James Fernandez Masongsong is a Filipino chorister, music and student leader from Tarlac. He began singing in Grade 4 and became a member of TNHS Chorale from Grades 7 to 10. He is also the recipient of the Third Runner-Up award in the Song Composition Competition of the Fun Fiesta Sa Pilipinas Festival 2022. During his senior high school years, he served as President of the Trinitarian Music Ambassadors. In 2025, he joined Tarlac Männerchor and competed at the MDS Candon City Chorale Festival and Competition, where the choir earned Open Category Champion, Folk Song Category Champion, Best Interpretation of an A Cappella Work, and Grand Prix Finalist honors. In 2026, as a first-year Medical Technology student at CLDHEI, he conducted the MedTech Chorale to a 2nd Place finish in the Intramurals Choral Competition and participated in Sing Tarlac Sing 2026 as a member of Tarlac Männerchor.

My approach and goal is to create a comfortable and encouraging environment where beginners can develop their voice at their own pace. I focus on proper vocal techniques such as breathing control, pitch accuracy, vocal exercises, and improving confidence while singing.
A typical lesson includes vocal warm-ups, basic voice training, learning proper singing techniques, practicing songs based on the student’s level, and giving feedback for improvement.
What sets me apart is my 6 years of chorale singing experience, which helped me develop knowledge in vocal blending, harmony, and performance. I aim to share my experience in a simple and beginner-friendly way.
These lessons are designed for beginners and aspiring singers who want to build their confidence, improve their vocal skills, and start their singing journey.
