About Allison
I am a full time student who also struggles with stress management. But throughout my school years, I’ve noticed other people struggle too. Together I think we can help eachother as well as others overcome the biggest or even the smallest of frustrations.
Going through high school and college, I’ve noticed that some of the most trivial of occurrences frustrated me. I have a lot of experience of being put into frivolous situations and yet finding a way out of it calmly but quickly. Efficiency is my main goal and I want you to become efficient in managing all types of anger.
