About Lucky

I am a dedicated martial arts (kungfu, muay thai, mma) practitioner. My mission is to share this ancient art in India, as there are a lot of fake teachers teaching this art. I believe martial arts builds strong minds and bodies, and I’m passionate about guiding others on this powerful, transformative journey.

About the lesson

As a Shaolin Kungfu practitioner, I blend discipline with mindfulness. My classes begin with warm-ups, stretching, basic stances, followed by kungfu forms (martial skills) and meditation (chan). I emphasize inner strength and gradual progress. My methods suit schoolchildren to adults, focusing on both body and spirit. I'm known for patient guidance and integrating traditional Shaolin philosophy into modern practice.
