About Swagata
I'm a nutritionist by training and nutrition educator by profession. I actively train both new nutrition practitioners as well as individuals seeking a better understanding of their nutrition needs. I do not prescribe any rigid charts that may not work for everyone. Instead I try to help students understand their dietary requirements.
