About Calla
I bring over seven years of experience as a singing tutor and a degree in Choral Conducting with a Vocal Emphasis. My lessons focus on helping singers navigate the studio world with skill and confidence. I teach across genres like R&B, Pop, Hip-Hop, and Electronic, emphasizing modern vocal artistry. Students learn microphone placement, vocal compression, and harmony layering techniques. I also focus on auto-tune awareness and phrasing that suits commercial production. Each session is tailored to build both technical control and emotional delivery. I’ve helped students prepare for recording sessions, live studio takes, and professional collaborations. My work supports school musicians, developing artists, and adults seeking commercial success. Lessons are engaging, structured, and creative. Each session nurtures focus, patience, and musical connection. I help students adapt their voices for both classical and contemporary choral work. Together, we create harmony that feels natural and expressive.
