About Neehar

I'm a pass out under graduate student (B. Com- financing). I have been playing violin(western) for more than 10 years now. Im also looking forward in music career in the future. Im also happy to teach violin. Looking forward to a great and fun teaching.

About the lesson

First of all i mainly focus on my own method of violin teaching.
For beginners i start with thre basics, that is violin holding and bow holding, followed by open string bow exercises.
Followed by teaching scales and other exercises.
Also with western songs.
Also teaches how to read musical notations
Precise & specific .
Also i add my own composition for teaching.
There are lots of fun violin pieces for the students to learn that i compose, so that they could easily learn violin and musical notations.

Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?
I started playing violin since i was 10 years old. My mentors introduced me to violin teaching. I love teaching because i like to share the art of violin to others and teaching also helps me to increase my own skills.
What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?
I'm definitely motivated by my mentors who taught me the art of violin. I gained interest in teaching so that i can explore different methods and techniques and share my skills to others.
How does your work help society?
I believe that, for learning music or musical instruments you need proper guidance. That is the only way you can experience and learn the art of music.
If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?
I'm totally inspired by many violinists , especially my tutors, my senior violinists and my closest friends who are also music tutors. It's because teaching violin also helps me to develop my own skills.
Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.
Besides teaching, i like jamming with my friends. I also playing video games a lot.
Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?
Many of them asked me, "How long will it take to learn violin". My answer is, " The more you practice the more you gain". The number of times you have practiced determines the level you have reached. Also there is a saying, "PRACTICE makes you PERFECT".
