About Olivia
I am currently a college student in Chicago studying Animation. I have 10 years of trumpet performance experience, playing in 10+ groups both competitively and audition-based. My highest accomplishment was performing 1st chair in the Illinois All-State Orchestra 2020 with solo features. I have taught private lessons to students aged 8-14 in the past. I am qualified to teach students from beginner to intermediate/high school level. I have been a leader and teacher in every musical group, committing to excellence in trumpet performance, technique, and accomplishments.

My ideal students are beginners, typically elementary/middle school aged. I approach every lesson with custom goals and create unique material and practice plans. I create tailored lesson plans based on the student's goals, interests, and relevant materials in their current bands/groups. I focus on the fundamentals regardless of level, creating a foundation of practice skills that will last throughout the student's musical career.

Cancellation policy: Cancel for free longer than 24 hours before lesson, pay half ($15) if cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before lesson.
