About Simon
I pride myself in being influential in the personal development of many colleagues throughout my engineering career through imparting knowledge gained through experience. In my roles as Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor I have tutored work colleagues in subjects and initiatives to enhance their health, safety, security, prosperity and overall happiness. I have plenty of life experience to offer including seven years of travelling and working in Canada and Europe. I have coached students in Touch Rugby and through a personal goal to represent New Zealand at the Taekwon-Do World Cup, I have developed visual goal setting techniques that have been proven to be very successful and can be adapted to any personal development goals that my clients would like to achieve

Personal development in all aspects of life, whether it is career aspirations or life in general, is about setting goals with achievable timelines and gaining mentorship towards achieving those goals. Once we establish your personal development aspirations we will develop a visual goal board and agree on accountability measures to assist with the motivational aspect of achieving those goals. As your tutor I will also be available to provide that coaching, mentoring and accountability with a sense of pride in being influential in your journey towards successfully negotiating a greater sense of overall wellbeing.
