About Alexandra
I’m a 14-year-old honors student who once struggled with math until I learned the right study methods. Now, I want to help kids not only understand what they’re struggling with but also teach them how to study effectively. In my tutoring sessions, I focus not only on helping kids with their current struggles but also on teaching them study skills they can use on their own to succeed in the future. With parents in education, my dad holding a Master's of Mathematics and my mom in English, I’ve grown up around teaching. I’ve also spent years tutoring my younger brother, which has given me lots of experience helping kids learn.

Pomodoro Method:
Study x minutes, take x minute break
Feynman Method:
Teach student topic, student teach me topic as if they were the teacher.
Mind Mapping:
Visualize relationships between ideas using diagrams or mind maps
I also use: Active Recalling, Blurting, Flashcards, sqr4 method.
