About Megan
I graduated from Mount Royal University with a diploma in Social Work and I am returning to school in the fall for a Bachelor's of Education in Elementary Education. During my time as a Social Work student, I had 2 practicums where I had the opportunity to work with children between the ages of 6 and 12 and taught them based on their individual learning needs.

I approach a subject with flexibility. I like to have students first try on their own to get an understanding of where they are in their learning and how to best approach the subject as every individual has different learning abilities and behaviours. I like to get an idea of each student's skills and use those skills to develop an individualized learning plan that is suited for them
