About Paolo

I started practicing Kung Fu by chance, as I was looking for a non-invasive practice aimed at health and psychophysical well-being.

I studied different styles, including Hung Gar, Tai Chi Yang and Wing Chun.

From the practice I have assimilated the various forms of Qi Qong, from the relaxing to the energizing one.

I deepened my studies by living in Taiwan supported by a personal Chinese teacher and consequently my skills go to the root of this millennial system.

I have elements of traditional Chinese medicine.

About the lesson

My lesson is based on healthy exercises for psychophysical well-being.

All aspects of Qi Qong practice are touched upon.

From the dissolution of the meridians to the activation of the breath.

Some exercises are aimed at detoxifying the body from toxins and restoring the correct functioning of vital organs.

The results are perceptible from the first lesson.

The course is open to everyone, of any age and the lesson takes place according to a well-defined program.
