About Sarah
I am going into my fifth year of a Bachelor's of Music degree at UBC, specializing in voice. I have over ten years of experience in classical voice and in piano training. I have numerous awards and scholarships for my musical talent and skill including the Phyllis Taylor Scholarship and the Elizabeth Lamberton Scholarship in Voice. I have a 4.0 GPA, with high marks in my music theory classes. I have seven years of experience working with children and adults. I am working towards a life in performance and music education. I believe that it is never too late to pursue what you love!

Breath support is important to produce a full and healthy sound. We will work on singing exercises to develop breath support. I will also focus on lyric diction, navigating vocal breaks ("passagio"), vowel clarity, and so much more! Lessons can be 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or 1 hour long depending on the age and skill of the student.
