As a class mate of Gemma’s for around 7 years, it’s clear to see she often puts others needs before her own. Her patience when explaining things to people who may not understand is inspiring and makes you feel encouraged rather than put down. In the whole time I’ve known her she’s never been late, always stays organised and on-top of her work/schedule.
