About Maarten Florian

I have been teaching languages for more than 10 years and have set myself the goal of passing on my passion for languages to my students. I have worked for several universities and language institutions in Germany, China, the UK and Turkey.

About the lesson

I offer interactive language training:

► beginner's and intermediate level
► all-inclusive lessons
► lessons with a focus on conversation, grammar, vocab and/or whatever you need at your stage of the journey
► You will receive a PDF file with all notes, explanations, examples etc. that came up during the lesson.

Learning a new language is a rewarding experience for lots of different reasons. Maybe you have found a job in Italy and are required to learn the language or improve the language skills you already have. Or, perhaps English is all you need for your professional life, but you have decided to learn Italian for your daily life or in order to be able to communicate with your partner's family and friends.

Whatever your plans for the future may be, I will help you achieve your goals with individual language training.

I am not a native speaker of Italian and therefore know exactly why Italian can be very tricky for native speakers of English or other languages. This perspective enables me to help you in the most efficient way possible.

I have been studying Italian for many years, have lived in Italy and hold a Bachelor's and Master's degree in modern languages (Italian and English).
