About Liu
I am a Computer Science student at the University of Ottawa with a solid foundation in mathematics. I enjoy explaining math concepts in a clear and patient way, helping students understand the logic behind problems rather than just memorizing formulas. I can support middle school, high school, and introductory university students with algebra, functions, calculus basics, and problem-solving skills. My goal is to make math less stressful and help students build real confidence.

I teach math in a clear and patient way, focusing on understanding rather than memorizing. Each lesson starts by checking what the student already knows, then we work through examples together step by step. I explain concepts simply, help with homework and exam preparation, and make sure students feel more confident solving problems on their own. My lessons are suitable for middle school, high school, and introductory university math, including algebra, functions, calculus basics, and problem-solving skills.
