About Karen

I am an university student, currently living in London. I’ve also lived in Spain for 12 years. I am from Ecuador so I am a native speaker. Additionally, I’ve achieved an A in A Level Spanish in Sixth Form.
I’ve been teaching Spanish to teenagers and adults since I was in Sixth Form and my students have successfully passed and achieved great grades at the end of their academic year as well as improving their Spanish. I’ve only taught face to face and in my free time I’m making sure I create an efficient, engaging and fun plan for each online lesson to follow (: !

About the lesson

I offer lessons to anyone who has an interest in learning Spanish vocabulary, grammar, speaking etc. This could be teenagers and adults since I’ve had these type of students before. I am also willing to teach kids and I will make sure I tailor my lessons appropriately.
My lessons will include conversations between the teacher and the student, worksheets, learning new vocabulary and practicing during lessons among other things and at the end of each lesson I will ask what the student has learned as well as asking them for anything they wish for me to add on the next lesson so that I can personalise each lesson to the needs of each student. I will also provide them with all the material used during the lesson so that they can revise it whenever they want. Finally, I will set a homework for our next lesson.
