About Miranda
Hi! I'm Miranda, and I'm currently studying at the University of Toronto.
I've been tutoring mathematics for 5 years and have been recommended by math teachers to other students. I teach Mathematics for Grades 1-9, and I specialize in breaking down concepts for students who are less confident in math. I have a strong record of working with students and explaining topics in an easy-to-understand way, boosting their math performance and confidence.
From students who enjoy math to students who are not very interested, I'm able to work well with everyone and teach math in a way that works best for the student.

I offer Mathematics tutoring online, guiding students in Grades 1-9 toward achieving their academic goals.
My lessons focus on creating a structured yet flexible learning environment where students can thrive. We'll work together to tackle homework and questions while building a solid foundation of mathematical principles. My previous students appreciate my ability to break down complex concepts in a way that they understand, and they've experienced improvements in their grades. I was also a recommended tutor that high school math teachers suggested for their students.
With 5 years of experience in mathematics tutoring, I bring enthusiasm and careful explanation to our sessions. Our online sessions make learning convenient and effective, and I will use the screen-sharing function to write. Students can send their homework questions before our sessions, and we will work through them together!
