Hello future dancers, I'm Shreya, and I am incredibly passionate about dance. Dancing has been a significant part of my life for as long as I can remember. From the moment I took my first dance class, I knew that this was my calling. Teaching dance is more than just a job for me; it's a passion and a privilege. I am a trained Indian classical Kathak and hip-hop freestyle dancer. In an hour of session, my approach to teaching dance is rooted in a comprehensive blend of traditional and contemporary techniques. I believe in providing a well-rounded learning experience that encompasses technical training, artistic expression, and performance skills. During my classes, I break down intricate movements into digestible steps, focusing on proper body alignment, movement quality, musicality, and emotional expression. Additionally, I incorporate interactive exercises, choreography drills, improvisation sessions, and dance games to make learning engaging, fun, and dynamic. Feedback is an integral part of my teaching methodology, as I believe constructive criticism and positive reinforcement are essential for growth and improvement. My dance lessons cater to individuals of all ages (children, teens, adults, seniors) and levels (beginners, intermediate, advanced).
