Controlled dynamics are essential for both personas, helping to convey nuance and captivate judges or audiences. Vocal agility exercises build the flexibility needed to tackle challenging passages with ease. I incorporate mock auditions to boost confidence and simulate real performance conditions. Genre diversity broadens vocal range and stylistic understanding, making each student more versatile. I recommend practical tools like backing track apps for solo practice, lyric trainers to improve memorization, and pitch analyzers to fine-tune intonation. Together, these methods prepare students thoroughly and creatively for every audition and performance opportunity.

I’m a singing tutor with over six years of experience and hold a Licentiate of Music in Voice. I specialize in working with adult beginners, hobbyists, and those returning to singing after a break. My teaching style focuses on creating a low-pressure, encouraging space where you can feel comfortable exploring your voice at your own pace.
I emphasize breath work, vocal relaxation, posture, and mindfulness in music to help you build a solid and healthy foundation. Developing your unique tone is always at the heart of my lessons. I enjoy teaching a variety of genres, including Jazz, Folk, Blues, and Contemporary Adult styles, tailoring each session to your personal musical interests.
