About Liza

I am a dedicated mathematician with a flair for numbers and a heart for teaching. Currently, I'm honing my analytical skills through a Master's in Data Science at UNSW on a scholarship, a testament to my academic dedication. Beyond my love for mathematics, I have ventured into linguistics, achieving a B2 level in French. This linguistic journey has refined my communication skills, allowing me to support a wider array of students, including those from Francophone backgrounds. As a current Master's candidate in Data Science at UNSW, I bring an integrated view of math and its real-world applications. Each lesson typically spans 60 minutes, packed with discussions, problem-solving, and review exercises. These sessions are crafted to accommodate the pace and learning style of each student, ensuring they grasp the fundamental concepts while also challenging them to apply their knowledge. I cater to students of all levels, from high school to undergraduate courses, and my lessons are especially beneficial for those with a keen interest in mathematics, statistics, or data science. Whether you're struggling with basic algebra or venturing into the realms of calculus and beyond, my goal is to make math approachable and your success achievable.
