About Sophie

I just came back from Switzerland. Here I followed a master's degree at an art academy for two years. In my master I learned a lot and worked with various mediums.

I am very enthusiastic about art. I have knowledge of art history and contemporary art. (This way I can also refer you to other artists who may be able to inspire you personally.)

At the moment I mainly make installations in which photos or videos are incorporated. In my projects, the concept comes first and the technology serves.

I previously worked as an assistant for Erwin Olaf, worked at a creative agency and taught Photoshop.

I have knowledge of CGI, photography, video, sculpture, installation and drawing. I can also help you with digital programs such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InDesign and Cinema 4D. I can give you the right tips and tricks to grow in all these areas - technically, but also in subject choice.

I know from experience that it works best to learn a new medium or program by doing it. So after I give a short introduction, we can look at your idea together and see how you can realize it with the chosen medium/program. There are probably many different ways and by walking through them together, you will learn more and more.

I assisted Erwin Olaf for a year. As a result, I have good knowledge of light techniques in photography and I know how to properly control your model. After this I followed a master's degree at an art academy in Switzerland where I worked with many artists. I also gave lessons to fellow students in Photoshop.

Although I can help young people in particular with their application for art school, I welcome anyone who wants to learn; all ages and all levels. We can fully customize the lessons.
