My teaching methodology is through connection. Meditation is about seeing an individuals full timeline & bringing them to that place where no time/space exists. First I connect with the individual and get to know their story. Then I guide them into a space where breathing becomes easy & the mind becomes still. I arm you with the tools to build a meditative life. I work within the Quantum Field to help you manifest that which you feel is your birthright to obtain.
