About Liva
I am a passionate and experienced Guitar tutor with 9 years of teaching and professional background, dedicated to helping school and college students achieve musical excellence. Over the years, I have guided many beginners to become confident performers who enjoy expressing themselves through music.
Witnessing students’ growth, from learning basic chords to performing confidently at school and college events, has been one of the most rewarding milestones of my career.
I focus on strong fundamentals including chord accuracy, rhythm mastery, scale exercises, finger techniques, and musical expression. I also encourage creativity, self-expression, and stage confidence.
My teaching approach is structured, supportive, and motivating, allowing students to progress steadily at their own pace. My goal is to inspire students to develop discipline, patience, and a lifelong passion for guitar while enjoying the beauty of music.

My approach to teaching Guitar combines structured learning and creative exploration through Motivation, Communication, Integrity, and Creativity. I begin with essential basics such as tuning, posture correction, simple chord patterns, and rhythm counting before gradually introducing advanced techniques like fingerstyle playing and scale improvisation.
Motivation helps students remain consistent and confident throughout their musical journey.
Communication ensures that each concept is explained clearly and demonstrated practically for better understanding. Integrity is central to my teaching, as I emphasise smooth chord transitions, accurate timing, clean tone production, and disciplined practice habits.
I provide honest and constructive guidance to support steady improvement. Creativity is nurtured by encouraging students to experiment with chord variations and create original melodies. Besides Guitar, I also teach music reading and ear training skills.
