About Kira
I am a violin tutor with 15+ years of teaching experience. I teach school students, college students, and working professionals who wish to learn or improve their violin skills. I believe that music education should be inspiring, enjoyable, and accessible to everyone.
My teaching philosophy focuses on patience, encouragement, and continuous improvement. I understand that every learner has unique strengths and challenges, so I customize lessons according to each student's pace and objectives. I always encourage students to enjoy the process of learning and to build confidence step by step.
Over the years, I have helped numerous students strengthen their technical skills, improve musical understanding, and gain confidence in performances. Many of my students have successfully participated in school events and personal music projects.
I place great importance on building a strong foundation in posture, bow control, rhythm, and tone quality. At the same time, I encourage creativity and expression so that students can truly connect with music.
My goal is to make every lesson productive, enjoyable, and motivating. I am passionate about helping students grow and develop a lasting appreciation for the violin and music in general.

I follow a student-centered approach in teaching violin that emphasizes communication, adaptability, and practical application. I assess each student’s learning style and adjust lessons to suit their pace, strengths, and goals. Lessons focus on posture, bowing, finger placement, intonation, tone, phrasing, and musical expression.
I use real-life examples such as performing songs, practicing for recitals, and connecting music to emotions to make learning engaging and relatable. I also include related subjects like music theory, rhythm training, ear training, sight-reading, and basic piano skills to strengthen overall musical understanding.
My aim is to create an encouraging, structured, and enjoyable learning environment where students develop confidence, skill, and a lifelong appreciation for music.
