About Willi
With more than 16 years of drumming and teaching experience, I help school students, college learners, and working professionals build their musical skills with confidence. My approach is clear, structured, and centered on the student’s growth. My lessons include rhythm reading, stick technique, timing, coordination, dynamic control, and creative pattern building. I guide students through warm-ups, drills, and real song practice to support their progress.
I also teach related subjects like rhythm training, music fundamentals, practice planning, and stage skills. These support students in becoming fully developed musicians. My unique strength is making lessons both structured and enjoyable. I explain every concept in simple language and help students gain confidence through positive reinforcement. My goal is to help them discover their talent and grow as expressive drummers.

My drum teaching style follows Communication, Creativity, and Flexibility as core principles. Communication helps me guide lessons smoothly. I begin by discussing the student’s goals, experience, and preferred music style. I explain exercises in simple steps so students understand what they are practicing and why.
Creativity makes drumming exciting. I encourage students to create their own rhythms, try new beat variations, and improvise. I use music play-along sessions so students can feel how real drumming works in songs. Creative learning helps develop coordination, timing, and musical feel.
Flexibility ensures that every student learns comfortably. I adjust the lesson plan depending on their speed and confidence. If something is difficult, I simplify it. If they progress quickly, I introduce advanced grooves and coordination exercises. I also change the teaching method to match the student’s learning style.
I teach additional subjects like rhythm practice and beginner theory. My goal is to create a comfortable and inspiring space for students to grow.
