About Victoria

My teaching methodology focuses on flexibility, understanding, and encouragement. I believe that every student learns differently, so I adapt my lessons to fit each student’s pace, style, and goals. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced violinist, I create a supportive environment where you feel confident to learn, make mistakes, and grow.

I emphasise building strong foundations in violin technique, including posture, bowing, fingering, and tone production, while also encouraging creativity and personal expression. I integrate exercises, fun activities, and musical pieces that keep lessons engaging and inspiring. My approach ensures that students not only learn to play but also enjoy the process of learning music.

Besides violin, I can also teach music theory, ear training, sight-reading, and performance skills. These subjects help students become well-rounded musicians and enhance their understanding of music. My goal is to make learning enjoyable, meaningful, and effective for every student, guiding them to reach their full potential step by step.

About the lesson

With over 7 years of experience teaching Violin, I have had the pleasure of guiding students from school to college levels. Teaching music is not just my profession but my passion. I enjoy creating a positive and encouraging learning environment where students can explore their potential and develop their skills at their own pace. My goal is to make learning the violin both fun and meaningful, helping students build confidence while enjoying the beauty of music.

Throughout my career, I have worked with a wide range of students, from beginners taking their first steps to advanced players preparing for performances and exams. I focus on developing strong technical skills, musical expression, and performance confidence. Watching my students achieve milestones such as mastering challenging pieces, performing in concerts, or gaining admission to music programmes has been one of the most rewarding parts of my journey.

Beyond teaching, I have actively performed in both classical and contemporary music settings, which allows me to bring real-world experience into my lessons. I also offer guidance in music theory, ear training, and performance techniques to help students become well-rounded musicians. My approach is always patient, understanding, and encouraging, ensuring that each student feels supported while reaching their full potential. Music is a journey, and I am dedicated to guiding every student along the way.
