About Charouth
Graduating with a BA in Ethnomusicology from UCLA shaped how I view melody. Do you wonder if sheet music is always the right starting point for a learner?
I have spent 5 years teaching fiddle and violin. My approach prioritizes ear training over initial notation. I teach classical repertoire, double stops, and bowing technique alongside music theory. ABRSM and Trinity exam prep remains a core part of my practice for those who seek structure.
