My teaching method for older adults respects the international parameters required by zumba inc. teaching of Zumba Gold classes. In each class, motivation, coordination, muscular activation, memory, balance, are worked on in an environment that respects the ability of movement and interaction of the participating student. The class offered is intended for older adults who cannot attend group classes in the establishments where I teach them, people with reduced mobility, with difficulties on movements. Therefore, I offer the possibility of hiring the service via web cam. I guarantee the student will return to the movement and enjoy it, with music and choreographies specially designed for this purpose
