About Yasmine
A great lesson should feel more like a workout than a static lecture. Singing is a physical act that requires more than just listening to your own voice. We prioritize warm-up exercises and breathing control to stabilize your pitch control and vibrato.
Having a BM Guitar degree helps me accompany you and teach harmony singing with ease. You will get free access to my breathing and warm-up exercise notes to practice at home. I genuinely love hearing that first moment when your voice finds its true resonance.

Teaching someone to sing is often about unlearning the habits that keep them quiet. My 13 years of experience spans the Montreal folk scene and academic study, meaning I have seen every vocal hurdle imaginable. I work with advanced learners, absolute beginners, and kids who just want to find their range. You will learn to manage stage fear through consistent practice and proper microphone technique.
Genre styling remains a focus whether we are tackling pop, classical, or musical theatre pieces. My background ensures I provide a balanced view on vocal health and care. You can expect a clear, honest, and direct path forward.
