About Nichole

I am 16 and although young I coach friends, and have been playing volleyball for 4 years. I love to coach and I love to have fun. I am currently playing volleyball at my high school as of this fall.

About the lesson

first I teach the basics, passing, setting, and hitting. We will perfect our form and those three subjects and then work on serving. During that were going to need to work on being fast, reading arms, and being able to get to the ball. Once we start getting good in those things, we will able to play games and learn even more. Also, you know how coaches don't do the workouts or agilities or sport with you? I will most definitely do everything with you.
