About Israa

I am a mom of 3, married into a blended family. We are called the Brady Bunch because of how big my family size is. My hubby is White and he definitely doesn’t speak Arabic. He learned a few words by listening to me sometimes speak Arabic in the home but he never really made efforts or asked me to help him learn. I enjoy teaching my language to others and I hope you will enjoy learning about it too. My native language is Arabic because I was born in the Middle East and immigrated to the United States when I was 27. Ask me any questions if you like and I will do my best to answer.

About the lesson

It’s easygoing and laid-back kind of lessons. We will start with the Alphabets then how to connect the letters then jump to reading. It all depends on how much effort you want to put into this. One thing I should say, with learning any language memorizing words is a big key to learning fast. Good luck.
