About Sarah
My name is Sarah Church, Previous Chief instructor of a local Krav Maga school in Tampa Florida. In my nine years of experience in the martial arts I have achieved the rank of second degree blackbelt and to this day I am still training and preparing for the next test. My specialties are Krav Maga, Kickboxing, and Kali. I spent six years teaching martial arts to people of all ages; from 3 years old and up. I was honored to receive my international instructor certification from Blackbelt schools international in 2019.Ever since it has been my goal to help people unlock their true potential and strength through martial arts. As Socrates once said “it is a shame for a man to grow old without realizing the strength in which his body is capable of.”

Unlike a lot of martial arts, Krav Maga teaches us that it’s not necessary to be able to kick to the head. In each lesson we’ll be going over both the mental and physical aspects of self defense. Krav Maga is for everyone, whether you be a parent looking for bully defense for your child, an adult looking to learn something practical while getting a good work out, or maybe a Young lady hoping to gain some confident self defense skills. “The journey of 1,000 miles begins with a single step.”
