About Jiei

I am currently a Monash University student who studies commerce and Global studies. I am just an average student who knows how to study well and effectively. I achieved an ATAR of 90 and got two subjects over 40, I am also bilingual in Japanese. I tutor and Mentor kids through the Monash Mentor program, additionally I have experience tutoring for a couple years.

About the lesson

I typically go for a one hour session where I go through the content the student is studying at the time. I like to provide and teach them skills needed to solve the issues and problems on their own. I don't believe in giving them the answer to everything, I want the student to learn and be engaged.

Jiei is fantastic, very easy to communicate with and friendly. My 11-year-old boy is thoroughly enjoying soccer coaching with Jiei, and his soccer skills have improved significantly over the past few months of training. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a coach.

Jiei has excelled all expectations since coaching our 6yo daughter, Poppy . Poppy’s soccer skills have improved considerably from her very first 1:1 session. Jie teachers Poppy exactly the skills she needs to build her confidence ahead of her soccer games with her team coach noticing her considerable improvement. During her sessions Poppy always has a wonderful time and leaves her sessions with a big smile.
