Welcome to Communication Strategies! I’m excited to have you join this course, where you will learn the essential skills of effective communication.

I had the privilege of being Ms. Eaton's student in an Office Administrator Certificate Program from July to October 2023. She is a true educator who possesses deep knowledge, a passion for teaching, and also a passion for continuously learning. Her online teaching methods were engaging/interactive, effective/helpful, and especially easy to understand. It is clear she wants her students to learn and she has figured out the best way to do so after many years of experience. Additionally, Ms. Eaton has a tremendous amount of patience and empathy that she automatically provides additional support whenever needed. This is in part due to her ability to adapt to individual learning needs but still bring the class forward together as a whole. I understand Microsoft applications better now and can utilize it for productivity and efficiency in my job and in life. I enjoyed learning from her and recommend others to do the same. Ms. Eaton will make a positive impact on your educational journey.

Jacqueline is a great instructor and a true professional. She always makes sure her teachings are understood thoroughly and uses any misunderstanding as a learning opportunity. Aside from her teaching style, her personality allows her students to feel comfortable enough to ask for extra help. Jacqueline is great at what she does!

I took an online admin course with Jacquline and I have to say, she made it so easy. She is patient, listens and no matter the question she takes the time to cater to her students.
