About Emily
I am currently a 16-19 Psychology A-Level teacher at Worcester Sixth Form College, wishing to tutor young people in the evenings. I am a hard-working, motivated, fun and friendly individual with a real desire to aid young people in their academic growth and spark excitement and interest in what they are learning. Having always known that teaching is the career path for me, my extensive range of teaching experience over the years has only solidified my love of teaching and allowed me to establish my expertise in the field of education. I feel I have many beneficial qualities for the role of a tutor and focus on both academic and personal progress. My tuition achieves academic goals as well as happiness and interest through positive, energetic tutoring. I have already been lucky enough to help children reach academic goals and achieve a newfound love of learning through previous tutoring, and I only want to continue doing this for more pupils. My vast experience has allowed me to develop various techniques and knowledge and my own wonderful school experience and education has further motivated me to provide the same positively glowing experience to other children, making lessons motivating, exciting and fun. Emily worked at Felsted International Summer School for three years as the Junior Girls' House Parent. She also worked in supporting new overseas students to Felsted School during their induction programme. Emily was a strong communicator, a good team player and an essential member of the pastoral team.
