You know, everyone wants to keep fit and feel our bodies young and beautiful all the time. No matter what age are you - we all want to take care of ourselves and have a good posture, tripping and so many compliments from our surrounding!
I'm a certified fitness, pilates, pole dance and stretching instructor and a happy mom of two children. And I will teach you stretching and body balance online!
To start practise with me you will need a mat, a comfortable sportsuit and your desire! By the way, all my online classes are suitable for beginners!
