About Swati
I am swati Sharma. I did bacholar and master in yoga science now i am pursuing PhD in yoga. I also did 500 hour teacher training course from rishikesh. I want to teach yoga with thier spritual side. I want introduce simplicity of breathing and meditation. Real asan experience only possible when person is connected with oneself.
