About Eliane

I started tutoring in 2014 and love it! I have worked with children of all ages and even with special needs. I am open to any challenge :)

Originally I am from Germany and started tutoring there. Now I offer online and in person lessons.

About the lesson

I start with a focus on my student's needs and wants (What is the main issue? What are you good at? What do you want to learn or practice?)

I normally start with questions about what happened since our last lesson, if there is any topic that needs immediate attention, any homework there are issues with or any major questions

Then, we repeat what we did last time or the times before, after that, we work with the topics we need/want to work with, do some tasks.

In the end we summarize what we have done and talk about last questions until next time. Of course, every student is different and has different needs and wants, I always adapt to the individual situation!
