About Gizem

I have a master's degree in medical biology from Hacettepe University. Throughout my university life, I played in the university's ice hockey team and participated in intercollegiate matches. I have been interested in roller skating and ice skating since I was little. I actively gave ice skating lessons to students from scratch in the courses organized by our skating community. I enjoy participating in roller skating marathons. This is like motivation for me!

About the lesson

First of all, skating equipment is as important as the skates. That's why I can't start classes without a helmet, knee pads, wristbands, and armbands. Before starting to skate, the posture of the person taking the training is very important. In order to make people understand the logic, I go to the basics and start lessons from the person's balance-standing technique. The more comfortable the stance, the more relaxed and faster the sliding style will be. These are lessons for all ages. As the number of lessons increases, the movements will also increase, and your self-confidence will increase as you slide. These are wonderfully enjoyable lessons, I recommend them to everyone.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson are subject to the full lesson fee.

If the ice rink has an entry fee, the student is responsible for covering both their own and the instructor’s entry fee. This is considered an extra cost.
