I am a passionate, certified Vinyasa yoga teacher based in Bedford, combining 10 years of deep personal practice with the freshest, most up-to-date graduate teaching science. Over the past decade, yoga has been my anchor through life’s ups and downs, teaching me exactly how the human body moves, heals, and builds strength.
