About Shashikant

Hi, I’m Shashikant Rupin. I am a Frontend Software Engineer working at a tech startup in Bangalore with over two years of production experience. My journey into tech wasn’t traditional—I graduated in Mechanical Engineering and taught Physics and Mathematics before completing an intensive one-year software development program at Masai School.

Transitioning into tech took intense hard work, deep logic building, and daily problem-solving. Because I navigated this switch myself, I understand the exact hurdles beginners face when learning JavaScript, modern UI development, and React architecture. When I’m not building frontend products, I focus on data structures, clean code, and helping aspiring developers master core web development concepts step by step.

About the lesson

My classes are completely hands-on and practical. Coming from a mechanical engineering background into software, I understand how confusing technical jargon can be for beginners. I focus on building clear mental models rather than memorizing code.

In our 1-on-1 sessions, we will:

* Write live code and debug together on Google Meet and VS Code.
* Master Core JavaScript: ES6+, closures, promises, async/await, and array methods.
* Build modern React apps: Components, props, state, hooks (useState, useEffect, useMemo), and clean project structures.
* Learn Redux Toolkit and Context API for scalable state management.
* Practice live coding and interview-style questions.

Every session is tailored to your learning pace. Classes can be conducted comfortably in English or Hindi. Perfect for beginners, college students, or developers preparing for frontend interviews.
