About William
"Starting with a simple warm-up, we will talk about how your voice feels today before we jump into the technical work. You will learn microphone technique and performance confidence as we move through your repertoire.
My experience allows me to offer specific advice on your belting and articulation. I see you as a singer who needs the right tools to navigate complex musical passages.
We will examine how to maintain your resonance across different genres. My approach is rooted in the tradition of great chanson performers.
I provide extra notes so you can keep your breathing in check between our meetings. We will make sure your progress is steady and measurable. Let us work toward your performance goals."

"Singing became my life the moment I first heard a microphone amplify the raw resonance of a human voice. My 7 years of gigging the chanson circuit provided the foundation for how I teach belting technique and breath control. I have taught 380 students including grade exam candidates and returning learners.
My degree consists of a self-taught path paired with my native Québécois roots and years on stage. We will explore genre styling across pop, classical, and musical theater to find your unique sound. I focus on tone and resonance to help you project with authority. Sight singing and diction are key parts of my technical curriculum.
You get free access to my breathing and warm-up exercise notes to guide your daily practice. I am here to help you hit your goals."
