About Brando

Hi my name is Brando, i am a 17 years old and my passion is International Business. I consider myself very lucky in regards to the languages I speak, as of right now i fluently speak English, Italian and Spanish. Whenever people ask me what my first language is, I have some trouble answering them correctly since i honestly don't know what the right answer is as i consider both Italian and Spanish my native language this is because I have learnt both simultaneously, it may seem confusing but in a few words, i was born in Italy and lived there until my family moved to Australia a couple of years ago, furthermore my parents speak Spanish as their first language and as a result I spoke in Italian half of the day at school and came back at home and started speaking Spanish, this went on for the first 12/13 years of my life. That's not all, I started to learn french in year 4 in Italy and when i came to Australia a couple of years ago i chose it as one of my subjects, so to summarise i have been learning french at school for more than 8 years and i would consider myself at least at an intermediate level, Australia has helped me to learn a new language which is clearly well know and helped me to develop a love for languages as it didn't seem that hard to learn once i already knew 2 and with the help of my french knowledge it all connected since they all come from the Latin language, 1 year ago i decided to commit myself to learn mandarin but it quickly become harder and harder so i decided to change my decision and to start learn Portuguese online everyday for the past 6 months. All of this is not to show that i am capable of being a great teacher for advance learners but to show my passion for languages and show that i could be a great teacher for those wanting to learn the basics of Italian and/or Spanish of which I can deliver a great performance and dedication to my students while simultaneously developing my teaching skills.

About the lesson

The main reason that i would like to teach is that i had like to help others achieve their long waited goal of perhaps speaking a new language one day or at least learn the basics of their favourite language. I would start my classes by teaching basic vocabulary and improving my students' pronunciations and once they feel ready, i would begin by making them practice on making sentences and making sure to keep at the students' pace in order to achieve more and more complex sentences.
