About Kahurangi
Hi! I'm Kahurangi, a passionate vocal tutor based in Rotorua. I'm a Year 13 graduate with many Music awards (1st, 2nd placings) and regular performance experience as a backing vocalist and a worship leader in my band at church.
Whether your child is just starting out or wants to improve their skills, I provide clear guidance, structured lessons, and plenty of encouragement to help them succeed.
Lessons are available online or in person in Rotorua, and I take pride in being reliable, professional, and supportive in every session. I am very passionate in singing as I have been doing it since I was a little kid, and I love to teach others this and let them experience the fun and confidence as a kid that I got when growing up!

My approach to tutoring is patient, encouraging, and student-focused. I believe learning how to sing and use vocal cords should be fun and confidence-building, especially for children. The Lessons will typically be 45 to 60minutes long depending on their age and experience level.
My lessons are ideal for children and beginners, including students with little experience in vocals. I will be offering lessons online and in the Rotorua local area.
