"Understanding before memorizing" illustrates my approach. I put emphasis on practical exercises. Whether I bring support on the items seen in classes, whether I lead deepening sessions to master more than expected at school (to prepare to further studies). During these exercises, I'll give many keys to make learning by-heart unnecessary.
