I’m passionate about helping people begin their journey into meditation and self-awareness. Having practiced and learned techniques like Tratak (candle-gazing meditation) and Third Eye reading, I guide others in awakening their inner focus and intuition. My sessions are designed to make meditation approachable for beginners while deepening the practice for those already on the path. I help people quiet their thoughts, improve concentration, and connect with a deeper sense of peace and clarity.

We explore breath awareness, mindfulness, guided visualization, and simple methods to release stress and tension. Each session helps you cultivate balance, clarity, and emotional resilience—skills you can carry into everyday life. Waking up early would not be difficult anymore!!
